About Us
MOTTO
Our motto is to serve people through empowerment, activation, knowledge, and support (S.P.E.A.K.S.). This is done by giving others tools to embrace themselves as they are (empowered), while cultivating a desire to bring out their best and most authentic selves at work and in everyday life (activation), through education on topics about themselves and the world around them (knowledge), building a foundation of skills (support) to help them along their journey towards success.
Our Consultant
Dr. Keba M. Rogers
Dr. Keba M. Rogers is the CEO and Founder of Keba S.P.E.A.K.S., LLC. Dr. Keba has been an enthusiastic mental health professional for nearly 20 years and has assisted children, adolescents, adults, and families in working together effectively in promotion of their mental, emotional, and social health and well-being. Interestingly, she has also been a speaker for nearly that amount of time.
Dr. Keba’s desire to speak to others started when she was just a child, navigating conflicts between friends on the playground. That desire came to fruition during her second year of graduate school when she successfully lobbied to create and teach an undergraduate course entitled “The Black Child in America”. Since then, she has taught a number of undergraduate and graduate courses.
Additionally, while working as an administrator at a private school in NYC, Dr. Keba (along with her team) created a parent education program and often provided faculty trainings/workshops and consultation. As a result when she opened her own private practice as a psychologist in 2019 she decided to offer consultation and trainings/workshops to others. Since then, she has offered over 90 presentations, workshops and/or consultation with over 15 schools and organizations.

I appreciated your being explicit about race based trauma. Also am grateful for the scaffolding of learning and having the opportunity to take pre- and post- surveys to think through what I am learning. Thanks for being a teacher!
